Baji Long Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Baji Long website, mobile browser interface, games, payment services and any other feature of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process or, where registration has not been completed, from the moment you first access any part of the Baji Long platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Baji Long. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a Baji Long account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji Long reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification is pending.
• You must be playing in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, company or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of Baji Long or of any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the Baji Long platform. Attempting to re-register after a permanent ban is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and must notify Baji Long promptly if any of that information changes.

Baji Long reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to meet eligibility requirements — whether at registration or at any later stage — entitles Baji Long to suspend or close the account and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

3. Your Baji Long Account

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one Baji Long account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Baji Long will merge them, close the secondary account and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Baji Long will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that takes place under your login — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support.

Account information must be accurate at all times. Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method or submitting falsified documents during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification are grounds for immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits

All deposits at Baji Long are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your Baji Long wallet instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay transactions. IBFT bank transfers and card payments may take up to one working day to clear, depending on your bank's processing times.

Baji Long accepts the following payment methods for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Payment methods not listed here are not supported and any attempted deposits via unauthorised channels will be declined and returned.

• Only deposit using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• Baji Long does not charge a fee on incoming deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Baji Long's control.
• Deposited funds may not be returned as cash once wagered. Unbet balances may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Baji Long account may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account in your name where no prior deposit was made. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Baji Long processes verified withdrawal requests the same working day. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically received within 2–4 hours of the request being approved. IBFT transfers may take up to one working day depending on inter-bank clearing schedules.

• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification. This is a one-time requirement for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending investigation if there is reason to believe the account is involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Baji Long does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Baji Long offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms provide the general framework; promotion-specific pages provide the precise wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry periods that apply to each offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all Baji Long promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• Baji Long reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible.
• Free bets and free spin credits carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — only the winnings produced by using them are withdrawable, subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses that are found to have been claimed in bad faith, through misrepresentation or in conjunction with prohibited activity will be voided along with any associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Baji Long platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, Ludo, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Esports betting and Fishing Games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. These Terms govern the overarching framework; specific game rules govern individual outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, game engine error or payment processing failure — Baji Long will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and award the correct outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned. Baji Long's decision in such cases is final.

Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a placed and confirmed bet is not available except in circumstances where Baji Long specifically enables a cash-out or cancellation feature for a particular market or game type.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Baji Long platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including bonus exploitation or evasion of a previous suspension.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with games or the platform in a way that is not available to other players through the standard interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or processing errors — any such instances must be reported to support immediately. Knowingly exploiting an error is fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or market.
• Using the Baji Long platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani law.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with Baji Long staff or other players through any channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Baji Long platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video and software — is the property of Baji Long or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Baji Long platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent from Baji Long.

10. Limitation of Liability

Baji Long provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baji Long shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses resulting from the outcome of any game, bet or wager — all gaming outcomes involve an inherent risk that you accept by participating.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, device failures or third-party payment system downtime.

Nothing in these Terms limits Baji Long's liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our negligence — such liability cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

11. Privacy and Data

Baji Long collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in that policy.

In summary: your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. Your data is not sold to third parties. Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time from your account settings.

12. Responsible Gaming

Baji Long is committed to responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. We provide a full suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

These tools are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring you to contact support. If you choose to self-exclude, the exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

If you believe you or someone close to you may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools and seek support. Baji Long will cooperate fully with any player who requests assistance in managing or stopping their play.

13. Account Termination

You may close your Baji Long account at any time by contacting our support team. Where there is no active pending bonus with wagering requirements attached, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method within three working days of the closure request being confirmed.

Baji Long reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation or money laundering.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to Baji Long.
• The account has been inactive for more than 24 months with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Baji Long reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the breaching activity pending investigation. Funds unrelated to the breach will be returned after the investigation concludes.

14. Changes to These Terms

Baji Long reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any proposed changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be treated as acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically — the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
